Rob Goldberger is an agent with TV. He is not only a dear friend, but comes with many years experience in South Florida before living and working here in TV. He patiently took us to every house that we were curious about on & off for over a year. Each time we looked we decided we like our house more. Again we ‘spotted’ a house online Christmas day. Texted Rob apologizing for the ‘fire drill’ saying we wanted to see it the next day. He had us in at 8am the day after Christmas. Long story short, we closed January 10, thanks to Rob expediting our closing. The icing on the cake is that he sold our home within 24 hours of listing this week. Patient, no pressure, kind, upbeat, friendly guy. Pre-Pandemic, we’ve met some of his customers at his home for dinner or dancing at Brownwood.
