You get your mail from a federally run property this is in my opinion considered to be treated like any other Federal building and the same rules should apply. Wear your mask it is not only a requirement but a curtesy to everyone you come in contact with at the postal boxes if people haven’t learned by now that Covid is a real threat to all of us we are in bigger trouble than just worrying if the Postal buildings are under the rules of the Federal government.
