My question is are these the same thing or different things? If I am there for a month do I need to pay both? Is what is covered to be able to do with a guest pass the same as is covered by amenities fees? Just want to be able to experience as much as I can when there so wondering if I need both, have to have both, just need one, etc. Thanks for any info.
Amenities are paid monthly by the owners listed on the deed. Guess pass is free, (no sports pools, some classes) resident pass I’d is $50. Gives you the same amenities as a resident.
