Many healthcare workers are not taking vaccine, so those doses are going to the public. Out of almost 200 staff in my department, only 11 took the vaccine. Not surprised, or disappointed. But glad the facility gave them the option, instead of forcing the vaccine.
That's contrary to people I know working in health care. Younger people seem to be having stronger reactions to the second dose that resolve in a couple of days.

What health care facility has 90% of the staff refusing the vaccine?
