Many healthcare workers are not taking vaccine, so those doses are going to the public. Out of almost 200 staff in my department, only 11 took the vaccine. Not surprised, or disappointed. But glad the facility gave them the option, instead of forcing the vaccine.

What health care facility has 90% of the staff refusing the vaccine?

I would be concerned with a facility where 95% of the staff refused the vaccine. Perhaps it was a choice to step aside and let others get the vaccine first - FWIW, that would make me feel a little better about the refusal.
