I had a roommate in my 3rd year of law school who was Korean national who had served in the Korean army as a physician. He taught at a medical school in Seoul and was getting a 2nd Ph.D. His first was from a Korean school and his 2nd would be from the U of MN. NOTHING but a lot of work.
