In the Villas of Spanish Springs The smallest model is over 1400 sq. ft. The villages has one left I believe in the $195,000 range. The larger ones are all sold but there are some resales available in neighboring Vista Lagos and Vista Sonoma and these are much larger. All three of these villages are right behind the Town Square(location location location).
