Opus - you should find adjustment screws on the bottom of the doors somewhere. We had Andersen doors up north, and along the inside bottom of the doors were 2 plastic caps. Pry off the caps, and the screw was inside. Turn it, and the wheel height was either raised or lowered. With the doors in TV (on my house) there are 2 Phillips heads on each door on the leading and trailing edge (just above the track). The lower of the 2 is sunken, and it should adjust the height of the wheels as well. Once the wheels are adjusted up to a height where the door doesn't drag, they should slide smooth. A little WD-40 on the wheels is also a good thing - not so much the track, since the wheels roll, but on the "axle" of the wheels if you can get to it. On the Andersen, the wheel was visible once the cap was off. Don't know how you get to it on the doors I have here. (I also don't know if TV used the same manufacturer all the time)
