Agree that Lynn Bartlett and son Chris worked a great deal for us. Also, you can count on them to send you regular updates on places for sale that meet your needs. Let them know what you'd like in your home and they will do the research and then send you all the places available on a regular basis until you find the one that's perfect for you.
