The rewarding of achievement days are over at least during this presidency. We are moving ever deeper into an entitlement society and Obama is seizing the opportunity to make sure the have's pay for the have not's all in the name of stimulus. Trust me, it ain't over yet. There will be more billions and billions asked for and none of it will go the play by the rules folks.
