There is no question there is confusion and hysteria.
I am glad that I am not the one who has to make the decision on how to do it. As we see on these posts for any plan there will be objections.
Confusion and hysteria? What is going on is sort of like people killing each other to get the latest toy, or ticket to a sporting event.
I am over 70 with a REAL pre-existing condition and to date have not been able to get a first. I called my doctor's office and was told they do not know but hope they will have the injections by March. The system? I will bet if they could there would be scalpers selling a place in line. So far while I've not been able to get my first shot the plan in this situation is working well. Nothing is or can be perfect.
