Finding people to inject the vaccine is not the bottleneck. Most states are now reporting that they've got the infrastructure in place, they just need more vaccine. The pharma companies are the bottleneck at this point. If we get the Janssen vaccine on line, then we'll be rolling.
BTW, someone mentioned the Janssen (J&J) vaccine is less effective than the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines. This is true, in terms of not catching COVID-19. However, it is 100% effective in preventing hospitalization and death. If it comes down to it, I'll take the Janssen vaccine in a heartbeat.
