When replying to any communication from SECO, I would strongly advise researching their site to find out what SECO district you live in. Then click on the trustee who represents your district. His email address will pop up on the screen. Write directly to him instead of addressing any employee at the company. My experience with the trustee, representing my district, has been extremely satisfactory. He responded within a day and has been more than willing to work with me to bring about a satisfactory conclusion in regard to shrubs surrounding the oversized electrical box on my property.
