They can not have one group exempt from the mandated or recommended rules. "All people in this plane must wear a mask, except those people who have been vaccinated." That would be impossible to enforce. Therefore, if you still should wear a mask after you get vaccinated, they have no problem. "Everyone must wear a mask on the plane." It is simply a matter of making the enforcement of the current mandates continue to be possible.
