Steve Hilton worked for the Prime Minister of the UK. He never claimed scientific credentials. The information in question was presented on one of his recent shows with a timeline backed up by documents of Dr. Fauci's direct involvement in providing funding to the Wuhan lab for research into increasing "gain of function"( increasing the virility) of certain bat viruses.

You may call it a conspiracy theory but I find it worthy of further investigation.
