Call them...tell them you are upset about their cost.
We have Comcast. Whenever rates go up, we call them and ask what packages or deals are running right now. We tell them any issues we have, and they fix them. Last month we called, and told them our Internet was too slow in some areas of the house. They gave us a big booster to fix that, gave us a new box for four tvs in our house that don’t have the big box for premium channels....now all six tvs have our full package, they gave us HBO Max that has the new movies on it, and still took $60 OFF of our bill. I’d never change from Comcast.
