I've tried quite a few in 10 years here
I started with Centurylink, then switched to DirecTV for lower prices, then to DISH when DirecTV prices went up badly. Both DirecTV and DISH have issues that service goes out whenever heavy rain is in the area or it's actually occurring. I have just switched to Xfinity for TV for $30 month plus the modem/router rental of $14.99 - and an additional Flex streaming device with things like a Firestick gives. I've added my former landline from Centurylink to my longtime provider, Consumer Cellular, cell phone account for $15 more than my prior cell phone monthly bill. My prior bill from Centurylink of $85.22 is now down $20 a month with the two changes and I have more things to choose from and no pixilating service in the rain.
