Citizens first accepts rolled coins, at least have twice last year, i ask for wrappers, sit in front of the TV and me and my wife wrap coins, did about $250 worth last year. When I was with T&D bank they had coin counting machines right in the bank, put the coins in get a receipt and take to the teller. Unfortunately the closest T&D bank was around 45 minutes away (have not checked recently).
