It always get down to a partisan tax the rich or screw the poor or whatever flag is flying that day....stooping over big $$$$ to pick up the dimes and quarters.

CHANGE....that is one that would make a difference and help we the people....ah there's the answer, it will obviously help we the people....hence no action.
