There are "Golf Course Views" and then there are the other "Golf Course views". If you were on a Championship course with wide expansive fairways, you probably are getting your moneys worth ..if that is what is most important for you, BUT if you are on an Executive Course with narrower fairways and homes closer to the golf paths, greens and tee boxes, I think you should probably think twice. Remember alot of executive golfers are what they call "duffers" who can hit a house better than a green especially off the tee. A house in the wrong location on any golf course can make you miserable fast so dont be caught up thinking "Golf Course frontage " as being the best available at any cost!
