All lots are different. I have seen some golf course lots that were terrible; no privacy or the hale of golf balls. We have a great golf course view on Lopez; farther enough from the tee and not too close to the green. I like the great lawn that someone else has to cut. We have freinds that have a great designer home; but their lani backs so close to their neighbors that you can sit out and watch their tv. I will take a chance on a few golf balls to enjoy the view.
