I guess that eliminates the vast majority of the homes here for you ??? We have had a few days (well, hours) below 30 degrees here in the 4 years we've been here and we have been warm and cozy and a few hours later the temps are in the 60's.
I guess if we get down to the teens and have a snow/ice storm we might regret the heat pump.
If that happens there will be a whole lot of new climate change believers.
