Why the fuss? I don't have to agree with you to be a good person. You do not have to agree with me to be my friend. I have just as many friends that disagree with me as agree with me. Why so sensitive? Being mean is one thing, but just because someone is snarky or sarcastic, does not make them a mean person. Why is it that your opinion is more valid than mine, or vice versa? If I do not agree with you, does not mean that I do not like you (most likely I do not know you) or that I can't get along with you. I take nothing personally on here. I enjoy a good debate. I may be a bit thick skinned if I don't find a simple little comment like "weak people....or socialist....etc." when someone (me?) uses it to generalize, not to name call a poster to be a big deal. Maybe some folks on here need to grow some thick skin and not take things so seriously and personally. Surely, there are not that many folks here that grew up being protected and isolated from tough language? And seriously, those same sensitive folks demean, disparage and ostracize one's religious beliefs when their own argument becomes to weak to sustain them a victory over the conversation? That is more personal to most than to suggest they are wrong for wearing or not wearing a mask, getting the vaccination or not.

Life is way too short to be offended by losing an argument/debate on a subject. What's wrong with disagreeing? I've had disagreements with many folks and later shared beverages or a meal. Surely, one has not survived being a senior in age and not had a losing argument?
I apologize for being right all the time (or wrong depending on view)...
