Liquor boxes are good as long as they don't cut the tops off and if you can get them all in the same size, they stack better. Banana boxes from any of the supermarkets are terrific.

I wouldn't recommend any boxes that have had food. If you have them for any length of time you end up with bugs. I've moved 3 times in 3 years and always purchased supplies from U Haul. I've compared prices with Home Depot and U Haul wins. You can order online and have delivered. If you order too many you can easilyreturn and many outlets have a spot that people can return used boxes that you can get free.
