AGREE ! We came in 2011 part time. Full time last 4 years. Fairways were partially or all over seeded as I recall. After one year of draught, they said there wasn't enough water to maintain the fairway over-seeding that year. They never over-seeded after that. Around 50,000 population then. I think greens are the most important on a golf course because most players are bumping the ball in fairways.(my opinion). But we shouldn't have to sacrifice greens vs. fairways. Most of our greens are sub par. North courses are better. Why aren't ALL the same? Same Superintendent (manager) right? Residents that play Championships and pay the high rates in winter, plus close to $1000 for Priority, are not getting what we should. Execs are another story since everyone can play them for basically free. (Snowbirds, etc.)
