Default It isn't so amazing!!!

all there are 90+% still gainfully employed.....93% are still paying their mortgage every month....retirees have a finite resource....a somewhat finite horizon of life expectancy.

There are more businesses other than just TV doing well, there is just no reason for the media or politicians to make anybody aware of the good things...eh?
Not in their best fear mongering interest.

The Villages monthly build and close rate so far for 2009 is up over 2008 rates.
Their resales have seen a significant increase in sales in 2009.

Yup things are slow in TV....or I meant slower....still doing very well but not at the gang busters rate of a couple of years ago.

Of course nothing of interest to the media in this kind of story.

Housing values decline 17%....big deal. That only means they have assumed a normal level VS the go-go bubble. How many have the 17% decline but are still worth more than what they paid? Now why woulod anybody want to know that? A reality politicians and the media certainly do not want to address.

Dontya know you are being managed? manipulated? frightened?

Anyway.....those of us in the majority are enjoying life as per normal...aren't you?
