Keep in mind it takes about 12 days after vaccination to achieve immunity and during that time you can still get and spread COVID, so continue to wear a mask for, lets say 2 weeks after 2nd dose.
Correct me if I am mistaken, but my understanding from new sources indicate that after the first shot, one is effectively immune up to around 80%. If true, that would mean that the second shot (booster?) would greatly enhance one's immunity. And I also saw the revised time to boosted immunity after the second shot as about 12 days.

Like I said before, I can only base my information on what I have read and what little I can comprehend of the technical details.

By the way, did you see the Israeli study of their nasal spray? They have been testing it here in the U.S. and it looks to be 99.99% effective in KILLING the virus if inhaled via the nostril. If so, it may also be a game changer for the morphing virus as it is "supposed" to kill all viruses when they come into contact with the spray. The spray is supposed to be some substance that turns into a protecting gel that coats the inside of the nose. Hey, I can only describe it as I see it, not being a medical professional.
