I'm going to take a few guesses. The top one definitely appears to be a sewer cleanout, but may not be. Remove the cap and you should be able to tell if it is a sewer cleanout or not.
The second one looks vaguely like a cover for sprinkler control valve. Mine look different and I have several of them, but you might look inside to see what you can find out.
The third (open pipe) might be access to a shutoff valve of some kind. Shine a light down the pipe and see what you can find.
