Hey neighbor!! We had the orientation and he set the front/backyard for 66 minutes. I think that is way too high, even in the summer time. I went ahead and dialed the zones back to 30 minutes to see how the grass responds. After noticing the run times, I am sure that is the reason for the 3,700 gallons of irrigation use.
