I moved all SEPP mutual fund stocks to bonds and the money market 2.5 years ago with the instance of our financial planner just before we moved here from CT. I fought him tooth and nail but finally relented.
Wow, I am happy now!!! So technically, I haven't lost any money from stocks. The bond fund has remained stable. I have drawn some funds from the money market for capital improvements to our home. On the other hand, my wife's 401K is now a 201K. We don't think it will come back in our lifetime.
