I just received a letter from Johnny and Debbie Dixon telling me that they finally made up their mind and will be moving down here later this year! They asked me how much will it cost to movie their furniture down here from up north, as well as taking all their stuff they had in storage? They once had a 1000 square foot house, and their new(er) home is around 1500 square feet.

They also asked me about how big the garage would be, as well as any nearby shed space available so they can store their stuff with ease! They just want to make their new home just like their old one! The only difference is that it will be just them living at the house (kids now live somewhere else), and the weather around the home will be a lot better to face--or so they hope!

Any information posted here will be later sent to Johnny and Debbie so they can decide in what to do and how to do it!
