Try Brooks shoes, you can get them at Good Feet. Or a metatarsal insert for your shoes. You need to spread your toes away from each other and not scrunch them up. Massage helps too if you can stand a really FIRM hand on the bottoms of your feet.
Also if you normally wear shoes with pointed toes, you need to not do that anymore. And if you normally wear heels higher than 1.5", you need to stop doing that as well.
