I have had both.
Cul de sac wins hands down.
Corner lots cost more but are not worth more for resale. Corner lots are not useful. They do not improve the quality of life. While you can add outdoor living area it is not useful most of the year.
Cul de sac lots address most (all) of these shortcomings.
