Facts are Facts and this one hurts but it's true. The extra weight does NOTHING good for you. Stressing about losing weight doesn't help you either. I wish I had committed myself more early on to be successful with keeping the weight off. I didn't. I've lost over 50 lbs during the Pandemic. Big Deal.

If today is my day to go for the big ride then I leave here grateful for every experience I've had. The good and the bad. I think that's called life.

It was the Damn Meatball Sangwiches at Wawa and Culver's Concrete Mixers and all the great restaurants in The Villages falt. Not really I own it all. Look what it took for me to listen. Nobody held me down and force-fed me a spoonful.

I was told by my primary Doctor at the beginning of this entire mess that if I get Covid I'm done. I listened to him and have been a model citizen ever since.
