Everything is a matter of opinion. Here, you will pay a premium for a corner lot and a premium for a cul de sac. In other places a corner property is worth 10% less than a regular location but not here.
While a corner will give you a large side lawn, your landscaping needs to keep the road view open. Thus, it will not be private. You will also likely find people walking their dogs on your lawn. Everyone picks it up-except for those who don't. You will also find people
who,"think," they should take a short cut and walk across your property.
A cul de sac, since your property will be pie shaped, parking other than on your drive is limited. Lawn mowing people. Typically these have riding mowers on a trailer. Many of the trailers are frankly too wide for these roads.
