I also live south of 44, and southwest of the turnpike. I visited the Spectrum store on 466A and before we could come to an agreement, I balked at the $59 charge to take the service to my premises. Xfinity/Comcast apparently works with TV builders to prewire the new homes for service. Spectrum does not do this, hence Spectrum charges for the one time connection.
I haven't any connectivity in my home yet. The astonishes me because I am smitten by home automation in my premises up north. My southern home has become a tech sanctuary (no connectivity).
