I think the experience you describe, and the experience I describe is a measure of what I referred to in a previous post as the "evolution of the process". They have more vaccine available, and are a month or two farther down the road of having figured out the logistics of delivery.
This won't be the last pandemic. Hopefully these lessons learned will not be forgotten when the next one arrives.
