If you are outgoing and friendly, you will find it easy to make friends here. Residents, and particularly neighbors, are welcoming and friendly. If you don't like going out and socializing, you may be lonely.
Most people love TV, but it isn't for everyone. I think in some cases, people are leaving behind family and friends that they like to see on a daily basis. So they end up moving back home.
The majority of people that move to TV absolutely love it and feel ten years younger. I personally love the TV lifestyle!
