[We were tail gaited on our way back from dinner tonight by someone who seemed very unhappy that we were driving the speed limit.]

(2) If you are driving in the golf cart lane on, say, Morse Blvd. going north and there is a slowpoke in front of you (SLOW by your standards, which could mean "below 20" or maybe just "going 20 but that isn't fast enough for me") are you allowed to temporarily move into the car lane in order to pass the slower moving cart?

Thx.

I'm not sure about the first one, but you can go into the traffic lane when safe to pass another cart, bicycle, jogger, etc.
