Had to go to the bathroom we used the "out house" and it was not soft toilet paper but rather the latest news paper, etc. Could not have allergies as we had to mow and stack the hay for the barn and the cattle. Got our fruit from the many orchards we had on the property. Look forward to picking cherries and apples and the terrific peaches we use to get in those days. We learned to appreciate what we had and not complain because there was work to be done. Now I hear the toilet paper is too rough I can't get the paper towels I want, the fruit is not good ( or course it is from South America, etc.) or how about the beef which is filled with antibiotics, is a little tough, the eggs are from open range's and I want the ones raised
in a coop, etc etc. How is that old farm way on your health? Well Grandfather lived to be 102, Grandmother in her 90's, A brother in his 90's still works and sister just about 90. Guess that speaks for itself.
Can I send my dear wife to the farm for the summer so she can experience the good old days?
