My understanding is the executive courses are assigned to specific country clubs for maintenance. These courses should be receiving the same type of maintenance as their championship counterparts.

IHO the executive course greens are in bad shape due to much higher play than the country clubs, lack of rain, and more inexperienced players not properly doing their part in maintaining the greens (and course). My solution is to close the executive courses one day a week. It gives the courses a chance to heal.
