Their children are already largely in place, working and learning the crafts of real estate development, finance, and overall. management.
The big question, for me anyway, is what are the dozens of other fourth generation Morses doing? How much ownership do they have and how much control can they exert? Do they really want to keep working like a few of their cousins? Or if they have a say, might they just want to "cash out" and enjoy the rest of their lives without working or having any responsibility or worries? Those are questions that I have thought about.
Don't forget that fourth generation... and the fifth and sixth for that matter. It's doubtful that all those Morses will want to work as hard or be as good at the development game as Harold, Gary or the three Morse siblings. How much control do they have over the future of The Villages?
