I'm older and live between the sixes, 466 & 466A. If I were your age, I would consider being south of 44. Price/value is better there because it's new. In 10 years that area should be well developed with full amenities and shopping. Also, most of the people living in those locations are "brand new" to TV and do not have established relationships like people between the sixes. However, you will find real friendly people everywhere here. Learn to play Pickleball and you will soon have hundreds of acquaintances that might someday be friends
