I preface my recommendation by acknowledging that I am demanding and, perhaps, not the easiest client to work with. We started the search about a year ago and just made the move to TV. We tried several real estate sales people (MLS and The Villages) during that time and finally settled on JaLaine Callaway (the Villages 352-303-3535) and Mike Dybas (Re/Max Premier 353-552-2576). Both were fantastic, even steering us away from properties they felt were not the right fit for us. We were so pleased with both that we dreaded making a decision, knowing one would have done a great job but not gotten the commission. We ultimately purchased a property listed by The Villages. Mike, the consummate professional, congratulated us on our choice. We highly recommend both.
