The former judge is Angeliadis, who was appointed to the office and was booted out of office by the voters when he first ran for election. Even his name sounds like a disease. Here is a video showing him in action: George Angeliadis Open Records Request - YouTube

As of March 22, he, Commissioner Gilpin, and Commissioner Breeden still refuse to disclose the name of Angeliadis's mysterious client who is funding Angeliadis's fishing expedition (which targets Villagers exercising their First Amendment rights to petition the government) and say what the deep-pocketed client is up to. We can only imagine. The whole fishing expedition stinks.
