You assert that with no basis.

But first, remember that the EMS team promised a rollback, not a 25% reduction. Ideally, of course, the rollback would be all of the the tax increase. It might turn out to be less than a full reduction (a full reduction being their obvious goal), but it could turn out to be even more.

Neither you, nor I, nor the EMS candidates will have the numbers until an impact-fee study is done concerning possible impact-fee revenue from impact fees for non-road infrastructure like police, fire, jails, libraries, parks, sewers, other government buildings, etc.

Increasing the road impact fee from 40% to 100% is only the first step in what needs to be done to roll back the massive property-tax hike.

You need to accept the fact that the policy decision on this matter was (or should have been) resolved by the voters in the last election. Hopefully, Commissioners Estep and Search will remember that tonight. The Developer has lunched off the current residents for too long.
