Hi SSchuler1! That's great that you've re-listed the house after all your hard work. I have another friend in Plymouth who just listed her home (condo) on Territorial and after less than 3 weeks, she has an offer!! And - guess where she's moving? The Villages!! I will say a prayer to St. Joseph tonight for you and hope that you sell while you are on vacation. Oh, and that's where my friend is - she's vacationing in Cancun and got the call from her agent a day after she got down there! So, let's hope you get a call while you are away from home, too!
