So, the Developer doesn't build structures other than single family houses in over-55 neighborhoods? Didn't the impact-fee raise also apply to other projects such as apartments, shopping centers, family neighborhoods, golf courses, etc. etc. that the Developer builds, all with higher impact fees? If not, then I agree it was much ado about nothing.
