Remember MOST of those vaccines in February and March were administered to seniors. Who is most likely to die: people under 65 or people over 65? (here's another answer for you: over 65). Older people die of old age, 100% of the time more than younger people do.
It is very likely that of tens of MILLIONS of vaccines, a thousand or two will be given to people who were on their deathbeds already.
