Numerous experts say Floyd's death was caused by "law enforcement restraint and neck compression". He died from oxygen deprivation. He died one breath at a time over an extended time period. And he was handcuffed at the time. The 911 operator was able to view Floyd on video during the call and said she thought her computer was frozen because the cop had his knee on Floyd's neck for so long. She was concerned enough that she reported it to a supervisor.
